AIMIAIMAKER – Terms of Service
Welcome to aimiaimaker!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the aimiaimaker platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with aimiaimaker and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform.
2. Content
The Platform contains content created and owned by aimiaimaker (“Content”). The Content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of aimiaimaker.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account (“Account”) to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify aimiaimaker immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
4. Subscriptions
The Platform offers subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) that provide access to exclusive NSFW content. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings.
5. Payment Information
When you subscribe to the Platform, you will be required to provide your billing information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. aimiaimaker may use third-party payment processing services to process your payments. You agree to comply with the terms of service of any such third-party payment processing service.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Here are some examples of prohibited activities:
- Uploading or sharing illegal or harmful content.
- Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform.
- Violating the privacy of other users.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Termination
aimiaimaker may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, and without notice. aimiaimaker may also remove or disable any Content that you submit to the Platform at any time and for any reason.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AIMIAIMAKER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. AIMIAIMAKER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
AIMIAIMAKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT, EVEN IF AIMIAIMAKER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aimiaimaker, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where aimiaimaker is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the jurisdiction where aimiaimaker is headquartered.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aimiaimaker regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
